It is the responsibility of the nursing home to ensure that the patients are provided their medication and the patient take the medication.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Many nursing homes fail to monitor the dispensing to the patient of the medication.  The patient then suffers or dies because of the lack of their medication.
