What Is Next?

Congratulations, your bankruptcy has been filed and you are protected from your creditors by the federal bankruptcy court. If a creditor is included in your bankruptcy, they may not foreclose on your home, repossess a vehicle or proceed with any legal action against you without the permission of the federal bankruptcy court.
